The spacebar can be used to skip cutscenes.

The object of this puzzle is to operate the four levers (denoted A to D from left to right) to move all 10 units of blue water into the central two tubes B and C (5 units each). The progressive way to do this is to empty tube A into tube D with lever D, tube D into tube B with lever B, and tube B into tube C with lever C.

From the default starting arrangement with 4, 3, 1 and 2 units in Tubes A, B, C and D, respectively:

Press lever B once
Press lever D 4 times to empty Tube A
Press lever C 4 times to fill up Tube C
Press lever B 5 times to fill up Tube B

The glowing sphere has 9 rods radiating from its center. The two large buttons on the sides of the control panel rotate the sphere. The objective of this puzzle is to manipulate the 10 small buttons on the control panel so that all of the rods are extended. The sphere will need to be carefully rotated to determine the effect of a button on the 3 rods hidden at the back of the sphere. The initial state of the sphere when you activate it is with all rods unextended. From this initial state, identify the rods as follows:

Then trial and error produces the following table that lists the rods whose state (in or out) is changed by each button:
The button at lower right has no effect. From the initial state of the puzzle, press the 7 buttons outlined above to extend all 9 rods and deactivate the machine.

The object here is to have the same tri-colored orientations on each of the four pillars. Any of the three colors (green, yellow, blue) can be at the top of the pillars' triangles. Only a pillar that is not linked to an adjacent one with glowing light needs to be changed.

Put the completed scheme into the machine's receptacle to the right of the open hatch. Observe the illuminated robot plan to see that the arms are yellow and the leg is green.

Put the broken robot arm into the repairing slot. If all four colored lights on the control panel at left are not lit, press the center purple button. Press only the yellow button (red, green and blue lit), then press the center purple button.

Take the repaired robot arm from the slot

On the control panel, extinguish only the green light, then then press the center purple button
